Project Status
The Town Council adopted the Hilltop Master Plan on August 7, 2008. The master plan is a planning and policy document that establishes the land use types and densities for the properties and special policies, for example protection of wetlands, for future development. The master plan will guide the decisions that will be made by the Planning Commission on future development and infrastructure on the Hilltop. The master plan also acts as a planned development establishing special development standards for future development.
In September 2009 the property owner of the Fitch and Davies property submitted the Phase 1 Common Infrastructure Plans (Application No. 00-110[b]) and a land use permit application (Application No. 09-014[b]) for a senior living facility and housing units on the Fitch and Davies property. The infrastructure plans and land use application are being reviewed by Town staff. For more information, please contact the Community Development Department at (530) 582-7820.
