2. ROLL CALL: Chair Flora, Commissioners Gustafson, Ramos, Murphy and Johnston
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT. This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Commission on items which are not on this agenda. Please state your name for the record. Comments are limited to three minutes. Written comments should be submitted to the Planning Administrative Secretary 24 hours prior to the meeting to allow for distribution. Under state law the Commission cannot take action on an item not on the agenda. The Commission may choose to acknowledge the comment or, where appropriate, briefly answer a question, refer the matter to staff, or set the item for discussion at a future meeting.

Staff Recommendation: No is action is requested.
8. INFORMATION ITEMS.
8.1 Upcoming Commission meetings and agenda items. Update on Planning Commission meetings and public hearings scheduled for April and May.

9. COMMISSION MEMBERS REPORTS. During this time the Commissioners may make a brief announcement or update each other on various other meetings they have attended since the last Commission meeting. Furthermore, a Commissioner may provide a reference to staff for factual information, request staff to report back to the body of the subsequent meeting concerning any matter, or may direct staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda. However, no action will be taken at this meeting during this time.
10.ADJOURNMENT. To the meeting of the Planning Commission, Wednesday, May 12, 2010, 6:00 p.m. at 10183 Truckee Airport Rd, Truckee, CA 96161.
Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the Planning Commission regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection in the foyer in front of Council Chambers located at 10183 Truckee Airport Road, Truckee, CA, during normal business hours.
