4. PUBLIC COMMENT - This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Board on items which are not on this agenda. Please state your name for the record. Comments are limited to three minutes. Written comments should be submitted to the Redevelopment Secretary 24 hours prior to the meeting to allow for distribution. Under state law the Board cannot take action on an item not on the agenda. The Board may choose to acknowledge the comment or, where appropriate, briefly answer a question, refer the matter to staff, or set the item for discussion at a future meeting.
5. CONSENT CALENDAR
5.1 Minutes of May 20, 2010. Corrected June 3, 2010.
Recommended Action: Approve Minutes.
5.2 Amendment to the Truckee Redevelopment Agency Loan Agreement with the Town of Truckee.
Recommended Action: Approve a modification to the intergovernmental loan agreement with the Town of Truckee establishing a revised repayment schedule.
6. DISCUSSION ITEMS
6.1 STAFF REPORT: Application for Building Rehabilitation Loan Funds Submitted by Stefanie Olivieri for 10115 Donner Pass Road.
Recommended Action: Approve an application for Building Rehabilitation Loan funds submitted by Stefanie Olivieri for improvements to 10115 Donner Pass Road for an amount up to $50,000.
