1. CALL TO ORDER
2. ROLL CALL: Board Members; Green, Brown, deRyk Jones, Vice Chair Anderson, and Chair Wallace Dee.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
4. PUBLIC COMMENT - This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Board on items which are not on this agenda. Please state your name for the record. Comments are limited to three minutes. Written comments should be submitted to the Redevelopment Secretary 24 hours prior to the meeting to allow for distribution. Under state law the Board cannot take action on an item not on the agenda. The Board may choose to acknowledge the comment or, where appropriate, briefly answer a question, refer the matter to staff, or set the item for discussion at a future meeting.
5. CONSENT CALENDAR
5.1 Minutes of June 3, 2010.
Recommended Action: Approve minutes.
5.2 Fiscal Year 2010-2011 Annual Operating and Capital Budget for the Truckee Redevelopment Agency.
Recommended Action: Adopt the 2010-2011 Truckee Redevelopment Agency Annual Operating Budget and amend the 2009-2010 Annual Operating Budget based on the 2009-2010 estimated actual amounts shown in the draft budget document.
5.3 Allocate Redevelopment Agency Housing Set-Aside Funds as leverage to 2010-2011 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding application.
Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution 2010-02 approving the use of Redevelopment Agency Housing Set-Aside funds as leverage for the Town of Truckee 2009 CDBG funding application.
6. ADJOURNMENT
To the July 15, 2010 regular meeting of the Truckee Town Redevelopment Agency following the Regular Town Council Meeting at Town Hall, 10183 Truckee Airport Road, Truckee, CA.
