Existing Housing Options in Truckee

Housing continues to be a Council priority for the Town of Truckee. It is important for our community to provide housing opportunities for residents with a wide range of income levels.

Parties interested in these housing opportunities should contact the manager of the development as some of the units in the developments may be further restricted to income levels lower than the maximum area median income (AMI) listed. These income maximum limits are listed as information only and are subject to change. To learn more about AMI, visit the Housing Affordability Levels - Area Median Income page.

These housing developments are privately owned and managed. While the Town of Truckee is not a developer, owner, or manager of any housing properties, there are numerous housing developments within the Town limits that have income limitations for their tenants. Residents must income qualify under a certain AMI threshold to be eligible to live in these properties.
